La Isla Bonita in Las Eras

Las Eras, located on the south-east coast of Tenerife, is a hidden gem that will delight you with its beauty, tranquillity and access to nature.

Here, time passes more slowly.
You will feel the typical Canarian climate, the tranquillity and the hospitality of the inhabitants. 

The town has a beautiful, intimate beach with black sand typical of Tenerife beaches. The breakwater allows you to swim in safety. 

In the morning, from the nearby cliff, you can enjoy phenomenal sunrises. 

In Las Eras you will find 2 restaurants with local food, 2 minimarkets and 2 diving schools. In the central square you will find the Cultural Centre, a children's playground and a church, and just off the beach in a small square a small outdoor gym.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND WITH US

Our casita is approximately 32m2 and is perfect for couples, friends or a small family. If the space seems sufficient to you, you can come with a maximum of 3 people.

 The apartment consists of a comfortable, modern living room with a fully equipped open kitchenette, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a modern bathroom [hair dryer and towels provided].

The living room also has a comfortable sofa bed with sleeping function for 1 max 2 additional (small) persons.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

We provide all the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, transfer coffee maker to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The apartment in front of the entrance also has a private porch called gardineria, where you can feel like a real Tenerife resident, often spending time outdoors.

La Isla Bonita is situated in a local, small building. It has a separate entrance on the ground floor easy for people with reduced mobility and guarantees complete privacy. 

In October 2023, we did a major renovation, giving the place a cosy and modern feel.

Our holiday flat La Isla Bonita, which we fondly call the "casita "*, is the ideal holiday destination where you will immerse yourself in a truly Canarian climate.

ONLY A FEW STEPS TO:

La Isla Bonita is located about 1 minute (approx. 70 m) from a charming beach with a breakwater where you can safely swim in the ocean and 1 minute from a cozy café-restaurant serving local delicacies..

There is a minimarket just around the corner and a second one 100 metres away where you will find all the products you need.

Every morning you can enjoy the sunrise from the eastern cliff, which is 2 minutes away from the flat.

You can easily find a parking space in the nearby free car park 200 metres away. Parking spaces are also often located right next to the flat.

IN THE LOCAL CLIMATE

Casita is at the heart of the Canarian community. We want them to feel as comfortable as we do among them. We respect our local neighbours and the tourists who have come to relax, so parties and smoking are strictly prohibited in the flat.

*La casa is Spanish for 'home', The term 'casita' is often used in Spanish-speaking countries to describe a small, charming home that is more intimate and cosy than traditional, larger buildings. Our flat called "casita" to emphasise its charm, intimacy and cosiness, so that our guests can feel at home in it.

Out of concern for the planet, we use energy-efficient solutions in the apartment and follow the principles of recycling. We will provide you with all the necessary information after booking.

For activity lovers

During the dive, you can traverse a 10-meter tunnel between the rocks, an unusual experience for lovers of the underwater world.

FOR LOVERS OF DIVING

There is a unique diving spot in the village that will provide an unforgettable underwater experience. You can take advantage of the offer of the Atlantis diving school, which we recommend (after booking you will receive a specially prepared price for you).

Or you can take advantage of one of the two diving schools located in our town. Each of them guarantees an unforgettable underwater experience.

Diving in Las Eras is an extraordinary experience in a place that is a protective oasis for a wealth of marine life. It is an area where fish are protected from fishing, which means that we can observe unusual species and impressive specimens. These include stingrays, moray eels, angelsharks, trumpet fish and many other fascinating creatures.

FOR CYCLING FANS

Easy access to all cycling routes both road and MTB. For more demanding cyclists, access to the TF-28 route and the iconic climb to El Teide volcano. For gravel and MTB route enthusiasts, it's a great base for easier routes or higher up the mountains in different parts of the island.

In the south, we work with Bike Point Tenerife, where you can hire any bike and cycling equipment. For the steeper steeps, in the north we recommend the Bike & Sun electric bike rental, on which you can explore a large part of the island. When you make a reservation, we will give you special prices for their services.

FOR LOVERS OF TREKKING AND HIKING

Tenerife is an island with countless trekking routes, at different altitudes, in different climatic zones, specific to the region in which they are set. Las Eras is the ideal starting point for treks with spectacular views, and there are easy trekking paths along the coast that you can enjoy every day.

How to get there?

From Tenerife North Airport you will reach us by car in about 40 minutes. By public transport: it will take you about 1.5h on 2 or 3 buses, depending on the time of day and traffic. 
We recommend that you check the current directions in TITSA or on Google Maps.

From Tenerife Sur Airport you can reach us by car in about 20 minutes. by public transport: 2 buses 10 and 111 (with a change in san Isidro, it takes about 46 minutes to get there), depending on the time of day of the traffic. For current directions, we recommend checking with TITSA or on Google Maps.

For the fastest way to get here and to get around the island efficiently, we recommend hiring a car.  However, you can easily reach Las Eras from the airports using TITSA public transport.
